Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: Can this booster be used in the back seat as well?
A: Yes! While it fits perfectly in the front passenger seat, it can also be safely secured in the back seat using the adjustable safety tether.
Q: Is the safety tether strong enough for active dogs?
A: The tether is designed for small pets up to 5 kg. It securely clips to a harness (not a collar) to keep your pet safely in place during transit.
Q: How do I clean the booster?
A: The cover is fully removable and washable. We recommend hand washing or using a gentle machine cycle, followed by air drying to maintain the shape and fabric quality.
Q: Will my pet be able to see out the window?
A: Absolutely. The elevated sofa-style design raises your pet's eye level, giving them a great view which helps reduce car anxiety.
Q: Does it slide around on leather car seats?
A: No, the bottom features a non-slip dotted base that grips the car seat fabric to prevent sliding during sudden stops or turns.
